Oportunidad**: Order Entry Intern - MADRID**

**Aprenderás**:Departamento de Logística - Pedidos:

- Preparación de integración de los pedidos de compras en EDI.
- Seguimiento de las facturas de los distintos proveedores.
- Seguimiento de las entregas.
- Tareas administrativas (preparar informes, documentación, revisión archivos).

Al final de la beca habrás aprendido a:

- Integración en nuestra Intranet de un sistema de control de costes y servicio en una escala de negocio Global con diferentes Divisiones.
- Automatización de procesos manuales a interfaces de sistemas con autorizaciones internas. Control de compras de productos de diagnóstico.

Requerimientos:

- Conocimiento específico: FP o Grado de Administración de Empresas.
- Experiência previa - No necesaria.
- Soft Skills: Perfil Resolutivo y proactivo.
- Conocimiento del Intercambio electrónico de Datos.
- Idioma: Inglés nível medio B2 mínimo.
- IT: Microsoft office, importante Excel Avanzado
