Our 109,000 colleagues serve people in more than 160 countries.For our Abbott Diagnostics Division HIAC we are looking for talented, well-motivated, Junior Professionals to join our team in Europe & EEMEAP as a ASSOCIATE TECHNICAL SPECIALIST to provide installations and service support to our projects in Europe & EEMEAP.Position: Representative Order Entry - MadridMAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE- Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in the specific area.- Ability to execute highly complex or specialised work.- Knowledge acquired from several years of experience or specialist training in particular area.- Works independently, applies standards yet adapts precedent and may make departures from established processes to resolve problems.- Responsible for gathering information and confirming sales prompted by incoming calls.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES- Receives telephone calls which are non-routine and require deviation from standard screens, scripts and procedures.- Uses computerized system to gather information and confirm sales prompted by incoming calls.- No selling responsibilities are involved with this activity.- Typically transfers calls to appropriate person as necessary.- Handles situations which may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to customer response.- May answer inquiries, resolve problems, and promote products/services.- Requires extensive knowledge of company, products, and/or services.- May assess needs and suggest/promote alternative products or services.- Requires ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.QUALIFICATIONSEducationEducation Level- Foundation in administration/baccalaureate.Background- Business Orientation.- Pe Ski/Is.- SAP/AS 400.- Proficient in Microsoft O/fice Applications
