Als deutschsprachiger Support übernimmst die **Betreuung der Kunden per Telefon, Chat und Mail.**

**Das kommt auf ich zu**:

- Du übernimmst die deutschsprachige Kundenbetreuung der Kunden per Telefon, Chat und E-Mail
- Du bist Ansprechperson für Kunden und Händler und koordinierst Termine oder beantwortest Vertragsfragen
- Du stellst sicher, dass die gesamte Kommunikation mit dem Kunden den festgelegten Qualitätsstandards entspricht
- Du nimmst Reklamationen entgegen und behandelst diese
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Verwaltung der Kundendaten im CRM

**Der Job ist perfekt für dich, wenn du**:

- muttersprachlich Deutsch und fortgeschritten Englisch sprichst (B-Level)
- freundlich und kommunikativ gegenüber Kunden bist (Berufserfahrung ist ein Vorteil, aber kein Muss)
- alle notwendigen Dokumente beisammen hast, um kurzfristig einen Job in Spanien zu starten (Steuer (NIE)
- und Sozialversicherungsnummer (SSN))
- Leidenschaft für das Thema Automobil mitbringst
- technisches Verständnis hast und MS Office sicher anwenden kannst
- die Motivation hast, einige Zeit in Madrid zu leben und arbeiten
