**Mission**:
To provide comprehensive and efficient administrative support to ensure the effective functioning of the Human Resources department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule agenda, coordinate travel arrangements, and arrange visits.
- Budget control and invoicing oversight.
- Reporting, presentations, and information analysis.
- Management of telematic and communication tools.

**Requirements**:

- Secretarial studies, bachelor’s degree, technical degree, or equivalent.
- English (High level).
- Experience in similar functions (+ 5 years).
- High competence in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or other document management systems.
- Communication, organization, resolution, and high confidentiality skills.
