**AMR Production Manager**:

In this role, you will be heading a team in the Incubator AMR Product Line in ABB Robotics Spain in Burgos, driving efficient and cost-effective production results to meet requirements, specifications and targets by coordinating and plant equipment, personnel and production processes. In this role you will aid in the transformation of parts and raw materials into ABB products in a timely and cost-effective manner, developing programs, projects, goals, and metrics to help the organization achieve the highest level of operational performance.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Leads the production and the warehouse of the AMRs in Burgos Spain
- Preparing annual production budgets, overseeing progress, and identifying actions to mitigate risk, remaining within budget and resource constraints
- Identifying deficiencies and proposing improvements, and implementing actions to improve production performance, integrating lean manufacturing methodology into production
- Implementing ABB’s process improvement methodology (4Q Program) training and methods
- Overseeing manufacturing subcontracts and managing subcontractors with other functions, including Procurement & Logistics
- Working with HR Management to ensure that the production is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed
- Guiding, motivating and developing less-experienced team members to reach their potential
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental directives, implementing regulations, and monitoring and reporting progress and results
- Reports to the AMR managing director, Burgos Spain
- Part of the AMR management team

**Your background**:

- 10 years of experience in production management.
- Demonstrated experience working on a production line. (Supervisory experience is an advantage.) Experience in production environments in industrial sectors (Automotive)
- Knowledge in autonomous mobile robotics or similar.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiating skills, a customer-focused mindset and a professional, “can-do” attitude, and ability to management team.
- University degree and training in Engineering plus knowledge in Lean Manufacturing (6Sigma), Production Management, or similar.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (C1)
- Being located en Burgos - Spain
