WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

At Rheinmetall Expal, we are looking for a Product Manager for the Air Armament Area for our Madrid headquarter.

The main functions of the position will be:

- Analyze the market to identify user needs and product trends
- Define the product roadmap
- Maintain and develop the competitiveness of the offer
- Lead the strategy to generate value and profitability in the short and long term of the product line
- Analyze the client's technical requirements
- Prepare the strategic plan. Define product portfolio priorities
- Promote profitable investments in the development of products demanded by users
- Provide technical support to Sales department in offers, promotion, and contract negotiation
- Technically analyze competitors and promote strategic relationships with Sales department
- Participate in the bidding process, evaluating technical requirements and risks
- Prepare technical-commercial specifications and provide support to the design and project team in defining client requirements
- Promote the search for financing for investments. CAPEX and external
- Prepare the product configuration template for the commercial order
- Prepare the commercial catalog brochures and the liaison between the sales representative of each country and the technical area manager

**Location: Madrid, Spain.**

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Engineering Degree (Aeronautical preferably)
- Training in product design and development
- Engineering knowledge of design and development
- English high level (B2)
- Driving license
- Previous experience in the Defense sector and German are advantageous

**Required: Frequent National and International travels**
