**Context on the role**:
The Workplace Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Booksy's coworking space in Madrid. This position is key to fostering a positive work environment and facilitating high employee engagement through the organization and management of company events and workspace logistics.

**What you’ll do**:
**_
Coworking Space and Office Management:_**
- _Oversee daily operations and coordinate coworking space use._
- _Develop, implement, and oversee office protocols to ensure optimal functioning._
- _Maintain and update inventory lists for office supplies and technological resources._
- _Address unexpected maintenance issues and coordinate solutions._
- _Act as the point of contact for the coworking space provider and team members_

**_ Employee engagement support - Event and Travel Coordination:_**
- _Organize all company face-to-face events and meetings, particularly focusing on ES events._
- _Plan and execute major company events (e.g., summer and winter events, team buildings, offsites) to enhance team morale and engagement._
- _Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodations and flights for business trips._
- _Contribute to and help organize team activities focused on engagement and morale._
- _Support the P&C team with onboarding new hires when done in person in Madrid, and disseminating P&C-related communications._
- _Maintain a safe and inclusive workplace by adhering to health and safety policies._

**_ Asset and Equipment Management:_**
- _Oversee the procurement and management of office equipment and ensure a comprehensive inventory is kept._
- _Send out equipment such as laptops and phones to new starters._
- _Organize the collection of assets when employees leave._
- _Explore global responsibilities associated with managing a Global Remote Workforce._
- _Support on Ad Hoc projects._

- _Event Planning Experience: Demonstrated success in planning and managing corporate events._
- _Administrative Skills: Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage office responsibilities effectively._
- _Professional English Proficiency: Ability to express and understand professional conversations in English._

- _Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and external partners._
- _Problem-solving Skills: Aptitude for addressing issues proactively and finding effective solutions._
