**ABOUT THE JOB**:
We are looking for a
**Civil Engineer specialized in Roads** to join our Infrastructure Area, within the Bridges, Tunnels and Roads Department to coordinate road projects at international level.

**ABOUT YOU**:
- _You have a degree in civil engineering or construction._
- _You have at least 15 years of experience, preferably in road infrastructure projects._
- _You have a professional knowledge of Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)._
- _Experience in team coordination and management of studies, designs, etc. Experience at an international level and in English is an advantage._
- _You will be able to plan and manage the resources needed to develop a large project (> 5 million euros)._
- _You will have communication skills and the ability to interact with the client and other parties involved in the projects._
- _You have an advanced level of English (C1 certified or in progress). Professional experience in the use of English is also an advantage_
- _You will have the ability to work in a team, independently, with an innovative mentality, flexibility, technical rigour and an international mindset._
- _You are willing to travel abroad frequently as required by the projects._
- _And above all... you are eager to learn in an multinational company like IDOM._
