We are currently looking for our future** **Sales Excellence Manager** based in La Roca del Vallès for a permanent contract with immediate effect.

**About this Position**

This position requires an individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. If you have a passion for sales and a deep understanding of sales management, we encourage you to apply.

**Your Mission**
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Create and implement processes to measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create sales campaigns and materials.
- Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure objectives are met.
- Motivate the sales team and boost morale through incentives, recognition, and other tactics.
- Plan and coordinate trade shows, events, and client meetings.
- Develop ongoing training and development programs for the sales staff.

- Proven track record of successful sales management and optimization.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and processes.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
