General Accounting

Walters People is looking for a General Accounting for Record to Report (RTR) department for a large company in the water industry.
**What will your day to day work be like?**
- Introduction and management of daily transactions and journal entries.
- Maintenance of financial records and the general ledger.
- Supervision of monthly financial statements (for the region) ensuring their accuracy:
- Bank reconciliations.
- Provisions.
- Revenues.
- Accounting entries.
- ** Variance analysis.**
- Asset creation, inventory accounting, financial leasing, depreciation.
- Be the first point of contact for:
- Audits.
- Incidents in RTR.
- Documentation issues.
**What are your qualifications?**
- 2-4 years of experience in General Accounting and Finance.
- University degree.
- Willingness to work in international environments.
- ** English as a business language, and French is an advantage.**:
- Team player in a multicultural environment.
**What Soft Skills are requered?**
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of SAP would be a plus
