MISIÓN

En dependencia de la General Accounting Manager será la persona encargada de liderar el equipo de General Accounting, responsabilizándose de los servicios prestados a las diferentes sociedades del grupo en cuanto a la Contabilidad y velando por el cumplimiento de la normativa legal de cada país y los procedimientos internos de la empresa.

FUNCIONES Coordinar el equipo y las tareas del departamento de General Accounting, asegurando la precisión de los estados financieros.Gestionar y desarrollar al equipo a su cargo, asegurándose de que cada miembro recibe la formación adecuada y promoviendo un entorno de trabajo colaborativo y orientado a resultados.Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas contables y fiscales vigentes de cada país donde operan las sociedades de la compañía.Elaboración de los estados financieros.Supervisión de los cierres trimestrales y anuales.Análisis de los datos contables y elaboración de informes y cuentas anuales.Preparación de declaraciones fiscales periódicas.Gestión, contabilización y seguimiento del Inmovilizado.Preparación y revisión de todos los documentos contables y mantenimiento de bases de datos financieras.Preparación de los informes financieros para su reporte a Dirección.Apoyo en auditorías.Participación en los proyectos de migración para la centralización de los procesos contables en el GCS de Barcelona.Control del cumplimiento de los KPIs semanales y mensuales.Participación activa en la implementación de mejoras de procesos y sistemas de gestión con el objetivo de mejorar la eficiencia y rendimiento del departamento.Establecer el enlace entre las necesidades operativas y los requisitos de la dirección.Atención de todos los asuntos personales del equipo (bajas médicas, teletrabajo, etc.).REQUISITOSGrado o licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Contabilidad y Finanzas, o grados similares.Experiencia mínima de 5 años en posición similar liderando equipos de, al menos, 10 personas.Imprescindible nivel avanzado de inglés.Nivel avanzado de Office.Se valorará positivamente tener un conocimiento avanzado de SAP.LOCALIZACIÓN
