**What we are looking for**

We are looking for a 'Junior Manager Marketplace Operations' who will support a newly built team with the ability to synthesize information quickly in a fast-changing environment. You are being asked to dive deep, to not stop analysing before you find answers and to continuously aim for better outcomes in a highly cross-functional environment.

We believe you should have experience in performing root-cause analysis and proposed actions that did improve business performance, on the basis of a very strong analytical and experimentation driven mindset. You are curious about understanding mobility inside-out and want to learn something new everyday.

**Your responsibilities**
- Reporting to the 'Head of Marketplace Operations', you are building the infrastructure through marketplace analytics and experimentations to spot shortcomings in our marketplace health
- In collaboration with marketplace performance, product and local markets, you are in charge of
- Identifying, analysing, executing and closely monitoring marketplace product optimizations and carry experimentations to improve marketplace allocation and Quality of Service
- Developing structured dashboards and visualizations to diagnose marketplace health issues, identify optimizations opportunities and monitor changes
- Supporting in identifying opportunities for marketplace automation through requirement definition, designing and converting needs to solutions
- In close collaboration with the other marketplace operations team members and local markets, you will also support on
- Ensuring maximum Quality of Service best practices are being collected and applied
- Carrying ad-hoc Quality of Service projects to tackle new and persistent marketplace issues
- Performing structured experiments in collaboration with products managers to optimize the marketplace performance

**Your Profile**
- **Degree** in Business Administration / Management, Engineering or similar fields
- **1-2+ years of full-time work experience** preferably in a fast-paced company / startup, Strategy or similar position in the Marketplace business
- Ridehailing / Micro Mobility / Food delivery or related marketplace / platform business model experience is a huge plus
- **Data driven decision-making mentality**:Sound business judgement through strong analytical thinking and experimentation. Excellent skills in MS Office and experience in Google Suite (Spreadsheet, Slides) is a must and good knowledge of SQL and/or Tableau.
- **Great stakeholder management skills**:Strong collaboration, and superb communication skills (both written and oral) and ability to synthesize information quickly
- **Topic leadership and excellence building**: You have led a certain topic already, ideally in a cross-functional set-up. You're focused to deliver results, work to targets, set up and improve processes and adapt quickly.
- **Innovative & ambitious mindset**: always focused on doing things better and faster. Be open to new ways of doing things and question existing approaches, views change as an opportunity and is comfortable working in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
