**Propósito de la posición**:
La persona que ocupa esta posición es la responsable de todas las actividades diarias de mantenimiento e instalaciones en el centro, así como de la prevención de las instalaciones, maquinaria y herramientas. Encargado de llevar a cabo los procedimientos rutinarios de mantenimiento y ayudar a solucionar y reparar rápidamente cualquier problema mecánico o eléctrico que surja en los procesos del centro y en los equipos, así como en los sistemas de apoyo de las instalaciones de la empresa. Sus principales objetivos se incluyen: Ejecución impecable y puntual de las tareas relacionadas con las instalaciones; Garantizar la correcta implantación y mantenimiento de las soluciones innovadoras en las estaciones; Garantía de productividad. Mantener las instalaciones y los equipos en buen estado de funcionamiento.
**Responsabilidades**:
**Apoyar y realizar** en el mantenimiento del centro y de los equipos (mecánicos, eléctricos, hidráulicos, hídricos, etc ) Responsable de garantizar y conservar el funcionamiento continuo de las instalaciones, maquinaria y equipos involucrados en el proceso productivo / operativo.
**Coordinar y ejecutar** con éxito la planificación de todas las tareas relacionadas con las instalaciones y garantizar su correcta ejecución. Inspeccionar los edificios y reparar los sistemas mecánicos para garantizar que cumplen las normas de salud y seguridad.
**Garantizar y Asegurar** el cumplimiento de los procedimientos y normativas de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente en relación con los equipos y el mantenimiento.
**Implementar** y actualizar los protocolos de mantenimiento, según las necesidades de cada proceso/equipo.
**Inspeccionar** los sistemas de alarma (incendio, protección) y programar reparaciones cuando sea necesario. Realizar procedimientos de mantenimiento general (por ejemplo, jardinería) y otras tareas asignadas (pintura, carpintería, etc.)
**Conocer y entender** las distintas actividades realizadas en el centro, tanto de producción como de breeding.
**Identificar** de manera proactiva oportunidades para ayudar a mejorar los procedimientos establecidos, cuellos de botella e ineficiencias en tareas y operaciones.
**Adoptar e Implementar** las tecnologías, automatización y aplicaciones que permita la automatización de los procesos.
**Realizar **tareas para garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas y el estándar de calidad de Bayer, incluida la protección de los registros de uso diario del equipo, la calibración y el mantenimiento.
**Colaborar** con los departamentos circundantes como lo son Operations, Testing, Breeding, administración, Breeding Technology, Seguridad&Salud, sostenibilidad, IT y proveedores. Garantizando con ello el buen funcionamiento y mantenimiento de las distintas instalaciones.
**Administrar** los documentos asociados al mantenimiento y reparación, tales como check list, albaranes, presupuestos y demás documentos asociados a la posición.
**Cualificación y Competencias**:
Técnico en Electricidad y Mecánica. Se valorará la posesión del certificado en sistemas de climatización, tecnología para el mantenimiento de edificios o en un campo relacionado con la agricultura.
Experiência demostrable como técnico de mantenimiento
Conocimiento de métodos y procesos generales de mantenimiento
Conocimiento profesional de herramientas, así como de dispositivos y aparatos comunes
Capacidad para desenvolverse con éxito en un entorno de ritmo rápido, dinámico y basado en el trabajo en equipo. Gestiona múltiples proyectos y prioridades
Gran capacidad de resolución de problemas, historial de mejora de procesos y habilidades de pensamiento crítico.
Capacidad para comunicarse y trabajar eficazmente con todos los níveles de gestión en una organización multicultural.
