Based on the unique value proposition and brand value of Getnet in Brazil, PagoNxt Merchant Solutions will be expanding the acquiring franchise to additional markets. Nowadays, Getnet is the third largest acquirer in Latam (Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Brazil, and Uruguay) and we already operate across all European markets.

To achieve this goal, we are building a cloud-based acquiring architecture in which products are built based on microservices and deployed at all markets simultaneously, shortening time to market and improving value for customers. In order to define and build these products, services catalog and customer journeys, we aim to attract the best possible talent.

**To achieve this goal, PagoNxt is organized into three different businesses**:

- Merchant Solutions, for merchants and acquirers.
- Trade Solutions, for corporates and SMEs.
- Consumer Solutions, digital products and services for individuals.

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to fill the role of Head of Relationship Management within our company. This key position will focus on driving and strengthening our global account management strategy, ensuring the satisfaction and retention of key clients, as well as the continuous growth of our business relationships.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
- Develop and implement a global account management strategy that drives business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with existing clients to maximize value and profitability.
- Lead and motivate a globally distributed account management team to achieve ambitious goals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients globally, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient delivery of products and services that meet client expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for issue resolution and conflict management with strategic clients.
- Analyze data and metrics to assess account performance, and identify trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize account management processes and increase operational efficiency.
- Stay abreast of market trends and industry best practices to keep our offering competitive.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing account management team, providing ongoing guidance and support.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and customer focus within the team.
- Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback to drive growth and professional development.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- +10 years of demonstrated previous experience in a similar role in the digital payments industry, preferably in acquiring, with a global focus.
- Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing relationships with high-level clients.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make strategic decisions based on data.
- Customer orientation and passion for delivering innovative, high-quality solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. A postgraduate degree or certification in Project Management or Customer Relations would be an advantage.
