Resort Sales & Management is looking for a HEAD OF RESERVATIONS

**About us**

Resort Sales & Management is a long established company on the prestigious La Manga Club Resort. With the legacy of excellence we deal with property sales, property management, and property rentals. Whilst each department has its own dedicated team members, collaboration with colleagues in all departments is essential to ensure our owners and guests receive the high level of service we demand.

**Job description**

As head of reservations, some of the tasks you could undertake include:

- Be involved in the day to day running of the department - responding to enquiries, entering bookings, managing payments etc.
- Viewing and assessing new properties for possible inclusion in our rentals portfolio.
- Meeting with new property owners to discuss their requirements and how Resort Sales and Management can help them achieve their objectives.
- Undertaking ongoing Health & Safety assessments on rental properties.
- Loading new properties onto our web page and channel manager.
- Making regular posts on social media to promote our properties.
- Manage the pricing and income levels for rentals.
- Liaise with our travel partners to ensure they are equipped to promote our properties to their best advantage.
- Organise and carry out resort/area tours with our existing and new travel partners.
- Responding in writing to any complaints from guests.
- Speak to potential new travel partners and understand how we may work together.
- Any other related tasks as required by your manager.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Spanish speaking would be beneficial.
- A valid driving licence and own car for transportatio.
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Fully numerate and literate. A high level of written English is essential.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in web maintenance would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of and experience with a channel manager would be beneficial.
