The Customer Care Representative UK will be the person responsible for managing the entire order process, offering product advice and product solutions to the customer. At the same time as promoting continuous improvement, managing requests and improvement opportunities from a portfolio of English speaking clients.

**Profile**:

- Highly self-motivated and decisive person.
- Valuable experience in customer service and order management.
- Office 365 Domain and Database.
- Languages: native English and able to communicate in Spanish, other European languages will be considered a plus.
