Buscamos incorporar al departamento de Ingeniería de Manufactura de John Deere Ibérica, S.A situada en Getafe (Madrid) al mejor profesional

**Principales responsabilidades y tareas del puesto**:

- Diseñar soluciones de automatización de procesos de producción de baja dependencia del factor humano.
- Desarrollar pruebas de concepto para la materialización de ideas en proyectos seleccionando la tecnología adecuada.
- Identificar y concretar ideas soluciones digitales que soporten el desarrollo competitivo del negocio, incluyendo:

- Adquisición de datos relevantes.
- Gestión de su almacenamiento y consulta.
- Generación de herramientas de análisis y reporte.
- Coordinar proyecto de digitalización sobre la base de pruebas de concepto hasta su implementación en producción.
- Definir inversiones y comprar equipos para la automatización y digitalización de procesos elaborando especificaciones, gestionando ofertas y liderando análisis de decisión.
- Elaborar secuencia de operaciones y estimación tiempos de proceso.
- Definir y ejecutar un plan de implementación para su entrada en producción
- Liderazgo de proyectos y coordinación de equipos multidisciplinares
- Mejora continua de procesos mediante herramientas predictivas y basado en tecnología de machine learning.
- Soporte al proceso OFP: proyectos de capacidad, reducción de costo, mejora continua, seguridad, running changes a través de la automatización de procesos.
- Soporte al proceso PDP: en gestión de proyectos de manufactura en el ámbito de automatización para nuevos productos
- Participación en la elaboración de costes para cotización de productos.
- Mejorar la Seguridad y Ergonomía de los procesos siguiendo los estándares de D&C.
- Participar en la promoción de la estrategia de SCF con impacto en el negocio y en colaboración con el equipo global de SCF T&C.

**Habilidades, conocimiento y experiência requeridas y valoradas**:

- Experiência 3-5 años mínimo en:

- Gestión de proyectos
- Diseño de instalaciones de automatización
- Programación de robots y autómatas
- Gestión de comunicaciones industriales
- Simulación de procesos automatizados
- Conocimiento avanzado de:

- Entornos de programación VBA, Python, R
- Conocimiento del entorno TIA Portal
- Redes de campo Open Protocol, Profinet, Profibus y OPC-UA
- Entorno de desarrollo en Ignition
- Desarrollos BrownField
- Habilidades:

- Trabajar en un equipo multi-funcional orientado a resultados y con enfoque de ejecución consistente.
- Liderazgo y Comunicación demostradas en puestos de gestión de proyectos.
- Reconocer y resolver conflictos.
- Se valorará:

- Conocimiento en programación de scripts en lenguajes Python/R
- Entrenamiento de algoritmos de machine learning
- Conocimiento de entornos Azure y AWS

**Formación**
- Se valorará estudios en ingeniería técnica o superior en rama automatización o similar.
- Idiomas: Inglés advanced, Nível C1.

**Major Purpose**:
Performs Factory Automation (FA) engineering work in support of Factory Automation (FA) engineering processes. Performs basic controls engineering (e.g. Electrical Machine controls design; Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) programming; Industrial Robotics Programming; Electrical and Product Test System design, PC Programming) assignments for specific engineering tasks. At this level, projects are of limited scope and responsibility; work plans and decisions are made within established guidelines that may be reviewed by supervisors and/or managers. May assign, coordinate and review portions of work assigned to technicians, support personnel, and contractors
