**OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE**

To achieve this transformation, we are looking for a Digital Health Lead - Iberia who is passionate about unlocking the value of digital health solutions to enable transformation in healthcare ecosystem, by delivering better outcomes, personalized experiences for patients and healthcare providers and improving efficiencies in healthcare systems.

**Objectives/Purpose**:

- Responsible for leading the vision, defining the strategy and ensuring execution of cross-functional plans to achieve superior results in driving digital health across Iberia in alignment with EUCAN and Global strategy and Iberia business needs
- Lead, energize and elevate the capabilities of the entire MCO organization to deliver superior patient experience and outcomes, to support HCP decision making, to contribute to a more effective resource allocation and sustainable health care environment via digital health solutions.
- Identify and act on strategic opportunities that differentiate Takeda as a leading patient centric company that co-creates digital health solutions, that contribute to sustainable value-based health care and that transform the industry
- Drive operational excellence, best practice development and implementation as well as knowledge sharing in digital health across the MCO

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Min. bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare, business, technology)
- 8+ years of experience in digital health, healthcare technology, or related field
- Comprehensive understanding of the digital health landscape, including the latest developments, trends, and innovations.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing digital health solutions
- Curious about international, national, and regional digital health strategies. Ability to translate these strategies into actionable plans that align with Takeda's objectives.
- Proficient understanding of regulatory pathways pertinent to digital health, including Software as a Medical Device (SaMD), FDA guidelines, CE marking processes, and other relevant international and regional regulations.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare data standard codes such as ICD-10, SNOMED, LOINC, and others. Familiarity with interoperability standards including FHIR, HL7, DICOM, and more.
- European Health Data Space (EHDS): Awareness and understanding of the objectives and implications of the EHDS and its role in shaping the future of digital health in Europe.
- Proven ability to strategically demonstrate the value of digital health solutions to stakeholders. This includes quantifying the impact of digital interventions on patient outcomes, healthcare system efficiencies, and overall return on investment.
- Proven ability to engage and influence C-suite executives, senior authorities, and other key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem. Ability to articulate the strategic importance and benefits of digital health initiatives at the executive level.
- Strong existing network within the digital health community in Spain and Portugal. Demonstrated experience in building and nurturing strategic partnerships.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex digital health concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of driving digital health initiatives to fruition. Ability to lead cross-functional teams towards a unified strategic vision.
