- You can come up with creative ideas with mínimal guidance
- You have a firm understanding of SEO and how to create engaging content that serves this purpose
- You can get into the minds of your target audience (in a B2B or B2C context) and determine their current emotional state (fears and desires), leverage it, and guide them towards a particular goal conversion
- You have general experience in creating content for B2C and B2B marketing
- You enjoy teamwork, particularly with team members who work in parallel content creation roles such as graphic design and video production
- You are comfortable with following a brief to perform a task
- You are open to new ideas and always want to learn more

**Responsibilities**:

- Create content for a range of clients to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics (examples include ebooks, white papers, infographics, pillar pages, guides, templates, etc.)
- Create highly polished and interesting written content for digital and printed media
- Propose new ideas and concepts for content
- Create content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation
- Collaborate with the graphic design team and other team members to create visually attractive content
- Work as part of a team on large promotional campaigns such as launches and Black Friday offers
- Report to Content and Communications Manager while working independently to fulfil detailed briefs

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Ability to produce written content on a daily basis to a high standard in both Spanish and English
- Work experience in roles that predominantly involved copywriting, content writing or content creation for targeted campaigns (1-2 years)
- Degree or similar qualification in journalism, marketing, writing and or copywriting
- A solid understanding of branding and how it connects to content creation
- An intermediate level of understanding how businesses can use content marketing to promote themselves to their ideal target audiences
- Interest in marketing and desire to learn more about trends in branding and marketing
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
