**Wat heb jij te bieden?**

Een diepgaand begrip van HR-processen plus affiniteit met tech. Of een diep begrip van tech plus affiniteit met HR. Hoe dan ook, wie vastbesloten is om de behoeften van onze klanten te doorgronden, past helemaal in het plaatje. Maar ook:

- 2 jaar relevante SAP HCM-ervaring, bij voorkeur in SAP payroll en/of post-payroll
- kennis van SAP HCM-oplossingen: PA, PY, OM, TM, Enterprise Compensation Management
- Goede kennis van configuratie in SAP en SAP ABAP HR, bij voorkeur payroll en/of post-payroll
- Uitstekende analytische en probleemoplossende vaardighedenUitstekende analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden
- Resultaatgerichte mentaliteit, in staat om klanten, collega's en stakeholders te overtuigenvan de te volgen weg en/of te implementeren oplossingDrive en doorzettingsvermogen
- Pro-actief naar de behoeften van de klant
- Klantgericht en flexibel
- Sterke mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden - FR/EN
- Vermogen om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken
- Kunnen werken in een interculturele omgeving met talrijke belanghebbenden

**Welke taak kun je verwachten?**
- Uw verantwoordelijkheden variëren van het oplossen van kleine tot bedrijfskritische problemen van de reeds bestaande oplossing tot het implementeren van nieuwe functionaliteit die door uw klant wordt gevraagd of die nodig is na wijzigingen in de wet of wetgeving.
- Analyseren van de eisen van de klant en overeenstemming bereiken over de omvang van de oplossing met alle belanghebbenden.
- De business cases opstellen, de integratiescenario's voor de implementatie voorbereiden en laten valideren door de stakeholders.
- Implementeren en documenteren van de oplossing, voltooien van alle oplossingsconfiguraties en uitvoeren van aanvullende ontwikkelingen.
- Testscenario's maken, de implementatie testen, problemen oplossen en voorbereiden.
- Laden van de applicatie in productie, uitvoeren van de cutover, ondersteunen van post go-live en kennisoverdracht naar collega's en/of klanten.
- Klanten bijstaan in change management, eventueel workshops faciliteren en technische/functionele trainingen geven aan gebruikers...
