Qualifiche:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, Labour Relations or similar. Master’s degree in HR Management and/or Labour Relations will be valued
- Prior experience in labour relations and/or payroll preferred.
- A self-starter who works well in a fast-paced, dynamic and ambiguous matrix environment
- Collaborative work style, team player and strategic relationship builder
- Business acumen and data-driven professional, with an eye for detail
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Demonstrates high quality work through diligent documentation of processes / methodologies.
- Fluent Spanish and English required (both verbal and written). Fluency in additional languages is valued.

Responsabilità:

- Lead Compensation & Benefits for the global Consumer Packaging International Division, making an analysis of current situation and proposals to align and improve across different regions
- Lead Comp&Ben projects such as the annual wage review, annual compensation surveys, payroll, bonuses, stock options and dividends, etc.
- Responsible for assisting and providing support to all areas of the People function for the Berry Barcelona employees including and not limited to: compensation, people metrics and reporting, recruitment, employee relations, time & attendance, engagement and communication
- Provides support to the wider People team with ad-hoc projects for the whole Division in the areas including Compliance, Recognition, Communication, Engagement, Talent and any others.
- Provides ad-hoc support to local payroll and administration teams as required
