Property Management Associate with German

Do you have experience in property management within the real estate sector? Do you speak fluently German (C1 level)?
Tasks
**In your day-to-day**:
- You will ensure real estate-related key account management (for asset managers and property managers)
- You will prepare the operating and ancillary cost statements
- You will be the interface to accounting and controlling
- You will be controlling and monitoring the bookkeeping entries
- You will evaluate and conduct an analysis of rental agreements
- You will take care of rent arrears management and implementation of the dunning process
- You will ensure the preliminary account assignment of incoming invoices
- You will prepare any outgoing invoices, as well as management cost analyses and plans
- You will be in charge of deposit management
**Requirements**:
**You are the person we are looking for if**:
- You have a real estate apprenticeship, further training or real estate management studies
- You have experience in Property management
- You have at least a C1 level of German and English (mandatory)
- You have a good knowledge of tenancy law (preferably in Germany or Spain)
- You have good accounting skills
- You have experience with the billing of service charges
- You have a strong service attitude
- You have good knowledge of Excel. Any experience with SAP would be a plus.
- You're precise, methodic, collaborative and solution-oriented
- You're based in Spain or are willing to relocate
