**Great news Conduent is developing a brand-new Customer Engagement Centre to support a world-famous automotive brand specializing in EV Mobility.

We are looking for Swedish speaking people passionate about providing support for product and service queries as well as customer engagement.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Engage with customers and prospects to promote products and identify purchase opportunities,
- You will become an advocate for the organisation, providing best in class customer experience, enhancing the brand in every interaction,
- Support sales agents and dealers throughout the whole sales funnel process,
- Inform clients and prospects about loyalty programs and new sales campaigns.

**What you need to have**
- Willingness to interact with clients, provide them with excellent customer experience resulting in a long-term business relationship,
- C2/C1 level of the Swedish language and B2 English is a requirement - the assessment of the Swedish language is conducted by an external vendor,
- For the training you will need to be available up to 2 weeks; from Monday to Friday between 9.00 AM and 5.15 PM,
- After training period working hours are flexible: based on shifts between 09.00 and 21.00, from Monday to Sunday,
- Customer orientation and at least 1 year work experience in sales.
