How to contribute to our vision:
As our new Project Procurement Controller, you will work within the Global Procurement Controlling team, which is responsible for all Business unit related matters regarding cost transparency on commodity, project and regional level.

We are looking for a structured and ambitious Project Procurement Controller with high analytical skills that can mainly help us to plan, organize, gather advanced information (from related IT tools & stakeholders in Project Procurement & Regions) to generate, control and present our Monthly closing and PVO (Procurement Volume) & CNI (contribution to net income) reporting of Project Procurement to the management team & related stakeholders in the company.

As a Project Procurement Controller you will focus on regular monthly PVO reporting & all PVO and Spend related ad-hoc reporting as well as focusing on needed Data Transformation, Data Updates and Cleansing and Reporting.

You will also need to provide hands-on support for AdHoc requests (in Excel or PowerBI) and will be asked to work together with the team developing our PowerBI Landscape and ensure Data quality and accuracy.

You daily work will be among top professional controllers and colleagues in Global Procurement & Logistics in an exciting, dynamic and international development environment.

You will work within a Procurement Controlling Organization which is highly focused on delivering detailed and accurate support, ensures a smooth, seamless, and timely monthly analytics, controlling, and reporting process; making action fields transparent and enable decision making for Global Procurement organization.

What are my responsibilities?- Working in close collaboration with the Stakeholders in Procurement Controlling Organization and Global Strategic Procurement Teams to timely generate the monthly closing & PVO &CNI reporting of project procurement and presenting to Management Team- Provide efficient regular & ad-hoc reports and presentations to mitigate the negative impacts of risks for Strategic Procurement Organization to take long term decisions with accuracy and more confidence, analyses profitability calculations- Supports accountable management in planning and calculating yearly budgets of the Projects in scope.- Consolidate budgets, including top-down and bottom-up plans, and proceeds with revolving midterm planning, and periodic forecasts during the year.- Performs comparisons Actual vs. Plan and pursues effects of agreed measures.- Analyzes and evaluates cost structures, and builds, maintains and improves the depending cost accounting system.- Provides regular business reports, with respect to overall performance, and recommends actions to accountable management.- Contributes to conceptual and project work related to controlling.- Design and build the future set up of data management, analytics and data driven concepts to ensure a seamless setup- Responsible for data quality and transparency with the help of KPIs.- Support the creation of new PowerBI reports- Support with maintenance/update of existing PowerBI reports- Drive our data quality reviews in financial reporting

What do you need to make a difference?- Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. You have a bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, or similar.- Ideally, you have a minimum of 6 years of experience in Data analytics, controlling or consulting, preferably from within the renewable energy sector or Procurement- Experience in Monthly Closing& Reporting,understanding & presenting Data, following, understanding & analyzing regional dynamics & projects,- You have advanced IT skills within PowerBI and Excel (advanced), SQL (basic)- Experience in understanding the various types of data table formats, e.g., xlsx, csv...- You can convert targets into actions- You have a result-oriented and hands-on approach to your job- You are self-driven- You have experience in stakeholder manage
