**SANTANDER DIGITAL SERVICES está buscando un/a Especialista Senior en Change Management para nuestras oficinas en Boadilla del Monte.**

**QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO**

Como **Especialista Senior en Change Management **tu objetivo será la gestión/administración técnica de toda o parte de la tecnología objeto del cambio. Desde el momento que se registra, el Change Manager asume de manera automática el rol de propietario del cambio durante todo el ciclo de vida de este. Serás responsable de asegurar que se consideran todos los aspectos necesarios para la adecuada preparación del cambio previo a su registro, y se prepararan e implementaran los cambios de manera eficiente, garantizando un control/coordinación adecuados a las tareas el cambio.

Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:

- Coordinación y elaboración de la documentación del cambio, incluyendo la identificación de los elementos de configuración afectados. (Registro / Elaboración del plan con los diferentes equipos técnicos implicados en el mismo)
- Validación del registro técnico de los cambios por parte de los equipos de Plataforma o áreas técnicas propietarias.
- Defensa del cambio en el CAB semanal o comités extraordinarios.
- Coordinación de las tareas de implementación, incluyendo la regularización en CMDB y la gestión de la Marcha atrás en caso de aplicar.
- Supervisión con los diferentes equipos técnicos de las diferentes tareas.

EXPERIENCIA
- 3-5 años de experiência en un puesto similar.

EDUCACIÓN
- Valorable Titulación superior en Ingeniería o Informática.

HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS
- Experiência con herramientas como ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence.
- Conocimientos de arquitecturas, servicios y plataformas técnicas del grupo.
- Capacidad para entender los datos y extraer información de estos.
- Inglés hablado y escrito (B2).

OTRA INFORMACIÓN
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos (Mañana, tarde y noche).
- Disponibilidad para realizar guardias.
