Aldesa Group is focusing on renewable energy sector as well as industrial construction projects, civil works and public building.

In line with the growth policy established for Spain, we need to incorporate a BID MANAGER in our Barcelona offices for Technology projects, joining the bid team.

TECHNOLOGY BID MANAGER

Miejsce pracy: Barcelona

The selected person will be responsible for the following functions, among others:

- Search for opportunities.
- Analysis of Specifications and solvencies.
- Costs calculation and preparation of technical documentation and economic proposals.
- Realization of execution and maintenance planning.
- Complete management of national and international offers
- Realization of projects or technical reports of design and maintenance
- Main areas of development: public lighting installations, traffic light regulation, ITS, energy efficiency, security and telecommunications.

Interested persons must meet the following professional profile:

- Experience in bid and tenders department
- Experience in public tenders for lighting, traffic, energy efficiency, security and telecommunications
- Experience in Energy Services projects
- Knowledge of TCQ, presto
- Knowledge of Microsoft package (Project, Excel )
- Knowledge of standards and installation regulations (BT, RITE...)
- Knowledge of reading and writing in Catalan.
- Driving license B)
- English and Spanish.
- Supplier portfolio
- Knowledge of how public bidding portals work (eLicita, Pixelware, Vortal )
- AutoCad knowledge

Local contract is offered according to salary scales in the local market.

3. W każdej chwili możesz wycofać udzieloną zgodę, przy czym wycofanie zgody pozostaje bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej cofnięciem;

Podanie wszystkich danych osobowych zawsze jest dobrowolne, jednak podanie takich danych, jak: imię (imiona) i nazwisko; imiona rodziców; data urodzenia; miejsce zamieszkania (adres do korespondencji); wykształcenie; przebieg dotychczasowego zatrudnienia - jest konieczne do wzięcia udziału w procesie rekrutacyjnym (bez tych danych nie jest możliwe wzięcie udziału w rekrutacji).Podanie jakichkolwiek innych danych niż wymienione zależy od Twojego uznania, ponieważ ich nie wymagamy;

5. Twoje dane osobowe nie będą wykorzystywane do zautomatyzowanego podejmowania decyzji, w tym profilowania;

6. Twoje dane osobowe mogą zostać ujawnione firmie hostingowej, spółkom z grupy Aldesa, dostawcom usług rekrutacyjnych; oprócz tego możemy zostać zobowiązani, np. na podstawie przepisu prawa, do udostępnienia Twoich danych osobowych podmiotom prywatnym lub publicznym;

7. Twoje dane osobowe nie będą przekazywane do państwa trzeciego.

8. Twoje dane osobowe będą przechowywane:

- przez okres 6 miesięcy — w odniesieniu do danych osobowych przetwarzanych w celu przeprowadzenia bieżącego procesu rekrutacyjnego;
- przez okres 6 miesięcy — w odniesieniu do danych osobowych przetwarzanych w celu przeprowadzenia przyszłych procesów rekrutacyjnych, po wyrażeniu zgody na udział w przyszłych procesach rekrutacyjnych;
- do czasu skutecznego wniesienia sprzeciwu lub osiągnięcia celu przetwarzania — w odniesieniu do danych osobowych przetwarzanych na podstawie prawnie uzasadnionego interesu Administratora Danych Osobowych;
9. Posiadasz prawo dostępu do swoich danych osobowych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia lub ograniczenia przetwarzania, wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania, a także prawo do przenoszenia danych;

10. Posiadasz prawo do wniesienia skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, jeżeli uważasz, że Twoje dane osobowe są przetwarzane niezgodnie z prawem.
