**The Position**:
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Senior Manager / Director of Marketing we are looking for is a highly motivated, ambitious and proactive marketeer that will help lifescience manufacturers understand how they can transform their operations with Aizon’s leading SaaS platform.

**Responsibilities**:

- Possess or have desire to learn sufficient pharmaceutical industry expertise: Understand the unique challenges, trends, and regulatory landscape within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector to position our company as a thought leader and trusted advisor.
- Coordinate the development of content and creative materials required to execute the tactics identified in the marketing plan, and follow through with its execution. Specifically, collaborate with the sales team to create impactful sales collateral, presentations, and tools that support the sales process and effectively communicate product benefits.
- Partnership and vendor management: Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources to support marketing initiatives effectively.
- Collaborate with Aizon leadership to best determine how to grow Aizon’s presence across digital channels, and work cross-functionally to develop content to support the customer journey
- Support virtual and in-person events and trade shows

**Qualifications**:

- You are a talented storyteller, communicator with solid communications skills and an eye for design
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry or a strong willingness to learn and become proficient in the sector, including industry regulations, trends, and customer pain points. Specific experience in life sciences, manufacturing solutions, and Artificial Intelligence is a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages and content.
- Proficiency in utilizing modern marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of marketing best practices and emerging trends in the SaaS industry.
- Desired technical skills:

- Fluency in design techniques, tools (software), and principles
- Marketing Automation software (Hubspot preferred)
- Google Suite (specifically Slides, as there will be presentation design)
- Familiarity with WordPress
