With offices in Berlin, London, Barcelona and headquarters in Los Angeles, we´re currently looking for **Sr. Manager Analytics** for a full-time, unlimited position based out of our **Barcelona** office. **How Do You Fit In?** - You have a data driven mindset - You have strong attention to detail and feel comfortable working cross functionally - You constantly focus on optimization and productivity - You feel comfortable managing and modelling large amounts of data This position reports to the **Director of Paid Social Advertising** **.** **Responsabilities***: - Managing and designing the acquisition reporting and data visualization environment by understanding acquisition marketing team needs; - Technical expertise to ensure that data quality and visualization is in place to help the manager and the organization to make data-driven decisions; - Develop tools, dashboards and forecasting models for top management daily use. - Identifying insights that will drive business performance. - Work collaboratively to identify and develop business opportunities, based on insights. - Work together with NA to ensure adoption of best practices and converge in a single way of working. - Automate processes through the usage of different technologies. - Working cross-functionally with media, UX, product, and analytics to implement, analyze, and enable the delivery of the highest impact work. **Required Skills**: - Proficient in Tableau & Excel - Experience in SQL, Snowflake, Python and predictive modelling it's a plus - Understanding of digital and growth marketing KPI's and direct experience in designing and driving them digital operations - Ability to work collaboratively under pressure with high focus on efficiency & productivity - Working knowledge of data analysis, aggregation, modelling and visualization - Results-oriented, energetic and focused with a strong desire to learn and succeed **What's in it for you?** **Compensation**: We offer a competitive salary, discretionary annual bonus scheme, and company equity program. **Holidays**: Relaxation is important That's why we have unlimited vacation days, plus 4 Fridays off during the Summer. **Flexible working**: We embrace a hybrid working culture Our teams thrive on collaborative working from our cool office in Barcelona during the week and offer the choice to work from home Mondays and Fridays. **Professional development**: We want you to have dedicated time for your professional development.
