**Johnson & Johnson MedTech España **está reclutando para el puesto de **Internship Indirect Sponsorship Coordinator **en Madrid

**Fecha de inicio: Lo antes posible**

**Duración: 12 meses y a tiempo completo.**

La coordinación de las becas educativas en el entorno del patrocinio indirecto, es una de las líneas de trabajo en el departamento de Educación Médica en Johnson & Johnson MedTech España.

Enfocada en una selección de congresos de relevancia nacional e internacional, recibimos solicitudes de beca de los servicios quirúrgicos de los hospitales en España.

La persona responsable de la coordinación de las solicitudes de estas becas a la formación tendrá como principales responsabilidades:

- Análisis histórico beca vs presupuesto vs tipo de hospital.
- Alta de eventos en el sistema HCC
- Validación Eventos en la Plataforma de Gestión de Becas ( PGB )
- Coordinación con AMEX: Excepciones. Bloqueo habitaciones
- Contacto con PGB: Actualizaciones, alta eventos, cambios en la herramienta, mejoras, envío comunicaciones
- Contacto con Jefaturas de Servicio: Altas, posibles incidencias relacionadas con las solicitudes
- Revisión mensual de la facturación de AMEX
- “Bulk” anual de los contratos de PGB a sistema
- Informes ad-hoc solicitados por ProfEd manager/Lead

**Calificaciones**

**Estudios**: Licenciatura o Grado Ciencias de la Salud

Aptitudes y experiência

**Requisitos obligatorios**:

- Análisis de datos
- Inglés nível medio
- Conocimientos Avanzados Excel

**Requisitos preferidos u opcionales**
- Conocimientos Power BI

**Otros**:

- La posición no requiere viaje.
- Formato flexible. Tres días a la semana presencial, dos días en remoto.
