- **Customer Service**:

- Processing of orders for the shipment of products to our clients, ensuring that they are processed correctly and on time.
- Order follow-up, so that the products are delivered within a suitable period and conditions, working with our logistics provider.
- Reverse logistics (returns).
- Maintain and improve the level of customer service; ensure a high-quality service, quick response and proactivity.
- Management of EDI message exchange, as well as maintenance of the EDI customer Master, GLNs configuration and incident resolutions.
- Work in coordination with the rest of the company's departments.
- Solution of incidents in orders (financial adjustments) and sending of invoices/payments through the different established channels
- Other tasks or responsibilities required
- Any other duties as management may require
