Reporting directly to the HR Director of the Mediterranean region, you will have the main ownership for the Company C&B policies and procedures within a six country perimeter. You will be expected to work with autonomy and partner with the Mediterranean HR Business partners, zone HR teams, retail and local stakeholders to ensure that all C&B elements are in compliance with local legal requirements and company internal rules, aligned with Louis Vuitton strategic objectives.
**Payroll, legal & Administration**
- Interpret and implement Human Resources policies regarding administration, benefits, compensation, etc.
- Make independent decisions (or escalate when appropriate) to resolve administration HR issues for the team.
- Review our processes and policies and make proposals for improvement as necessary.
- Monitor, approve, and control the payroll processing for the 6 countries of Mediterranean, acting as main interlocutor between retail stores and local external payroll partners;
- Responsible for creating and maintaining the individual employee records for all corporate staff and managing all HR aspects of their payroll; ensuring such information is held in the strictest of confidence.
- Upon hiring, change in employment conditions and termination of employees, interact with local partner in each country for the setup of, modification or termination of contracts and payments;
- Interpret and update the HR team of any changes in local regulations or collective agreement that may impact C&B conditions and consequently business;
- Prepare VISA, administrative authorizations and work permit upon need for employees international missions or mobility’s;
**HR Budget construction, KPI’s & Reporting**
- You will be responsible to build and follow up the HR Budget for the Mediterranean region, monitoring on a monthly basis the cost, in close interaction with local HR Business partner and country finance team;
- Prepare and submit monthly & annual social reports on main HR indicators for corporate (Louis Vuitton & LVMH) & auditors;
- Prepare and follow up on a monthly basis the main social indicators and relevant KPI’s (absenteeism, turnover,, staff flexibility, etc.);
**Compensation & Benefits management**
- Resolve benefits issues for the team and partner with LVMH as necessary. Represent the C&B team in handling investigations and/or complaints on employee benefits related matters;
- Assist in implementing and administering benefit programs, including medical, dental, disability, life insurance, workers’ compensation, employee assistance, retirement and other plans.
- Implement any and all incentive programs as launched by internal retail business partners
- Conduct market and trend analysis through salary survey input and market research on an annual and ad hoc basis.
- Support HRD & HR Business partners in the development of coherent package proposal for managerial roles and international mobility’s;
- Interact with the local key players in each country for any benefit purpose (brokers, insurance companies, suppliers of services for employees;
**Labor Prevention**
- Ensure the fulfillment of local and legal obligations in terms of health & safety;
- Responsible for mutual insurance company audits on health & safety when existing;
- Ensure new hiring’s and existing employees are up to date and compliant on any training on health & safety that could be mandatory legally or through collective agreement
PROFIL
EDUCATION
- Bachelor Degree, with preference from Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or Law.
EXPERIENCE
- Ideal 5-7 years human resources experience in an Generalist and/or C&B role, within retail or service related environment, with preference in an international company serving multi countries markets;
- Knowledgeable and experienced on Spain labor Law and Employee relations (Spain being the largest market within the region);
OTHER SKILLS AND NECESSARRY QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient Spanish & English; French is an advantage;
- Deadline & detail oriented
- Service oriented
- Strong organizational skills, ability to priorize and multi task;
- Outstanding interpersonal & communication skills; Trust & Integrity;
- Advanced proficiency in Excel required, with good understanding and interpretation of figures;
- Work permit in UE with valid Schengen VISA
