JOB SCOPE
Purpose of the role: Leadership of the non crop activities
Geographical coverage: Northern & Southern European Region
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the Non crops Category Strategy in Europe (N&S region) to deliver the current budget
- Manage existing portfolio including Key Account Management (KAM) in France & Benelux, working closely with countries for overall strategy, pricing, LCM & Supply chain effectiveness
- Ideation and market knowledge to focus on current and future pain points
- Responsible to develop a strong pipeline, driving existing projects & also building new projects basis customer pain points.
- Effective partnership, coordination with relevant teams (Sales, Regulatory, R&D, Supply Chain) to facilitate business decisions, and coordinate Project Team
- Lead the inorganic growth strategy with Alliance Team (acquisition, licensing, and other opportunities)
- Responsible for new product launches
- Contact point for Global fumigants team
- Be an expert with respect to the competition
- Education
Technical (Application Technology), Marketing
Experience
Marketing/technical experience in the EU (at least 8 years)
