Purpose of role
Responsibilities of role
- Lead IT projects from planning to implementation, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with project stakeholders, including IT leadership, cross-functional teams, and external vendors.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience leading large-scale IT projects, from planning to implementation.
Empathetic person, with excellent oral communication skills with all levels of the organization, negotiation skills, good conflict management and diplomacy. Being proactive, autonomous, and taking leadership by example and great capacity for self-organization (methodical, concrete, results/detail/process oriented).
Highly experienced at working within and collaborating across a globalized organization.
High English level.
Competencies Required:
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, with experience leading IT projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Knowledge of IT policies and standards.
