JOB DESCRIPTION:

- This role is critical for the success of the ecosystem, maximizing the revenue achieved from our suppliers and minimizing operational complexity. This role is responsible for ensuring that suppliers are delivering quality service and collaborating with sourcing and marketing to maximize the exposure of the products through a full year multi-channel comms plan.
- Key responsibilities
- This role has an expanded remit, responsible for increasing the quality service delivered to Suppliers, and therefore supporting to increase sales and OM generated by:

- First line “L0” review of incidents raised by Sourcing organization to ensure that the correct technical issues are prioritized
- Manage the roll out of Salesforce across the sourcing organization, defining profile structure, supplier / product set up and reporting requirements
- Receiving all Sourcing team questions, doubts and issues, and redirect them to the proper team to fix the issue and translate into new sales
- Coordination with operational departments and sourcing to improve Supplier quality
- Working closely with Head of Sourcing in the following tasks:

- Marketing management.
- Finance management (Case escalation consolidation, Case status follow up, etc.)
- Override - Marketing contribution agreements tracking and follow up
- Reporting: Contact ratio, Defects ratio
- Loading prioritization - alignment and prioritization with loading team to ensure that progress is tracked on products to be loaded
- Product displays reviews and web page positioning follow up and control
- Development and maintenance of supplier database in preparation for Salesforce rollout
- Deliver onboarding training to new suppliers to address queries and minimise invoicing delays

- Ability to influence others and effect change across a matrixed organization
- Good data analytics skills and ability to leverage data for insights
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Good grasp of Tableau reporting
- Experience using Salesforce
- Experience working with suppliers or in the Activities industry preferred
- Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Working Spanish is also beneficial
