Desde** grupo CTC** estamos buscando un/a Travel Support / Administrative para uno de nuestros más importantes clientes ubicado en Sant Cugat del Vallés.

**¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?**:

- Gestion de viajes (Business Travel & Events).
- Reservas de vuelos, hoteles y alquiler de coches a nível individual (y para grupos según necesidades).
- Gestión de cancelaciones, cambios y reclamaciones.
- Resolución de posibles incidencias.
- Negociación de precios y beneficios extras en caso necesario para grupos.
- Sistemas internos de petición de viajes.
- Gestión de Travel & Expenses
- Gestión de visados y cartas de invitación.
- Reporting.
- Control de gastos y gestión del Budget de travel.
- Control de ahorros y descuentos.
- Interacción con los diferentes proveedores de viajes y clientes internos.
- Recepción y gestión de nuevas altas.
- Gestión de trainings.
- Gestion de visado y cartas de invitados.

**¿Qué podemos ofrecerte?**:

- Contratación estable
- Incorporación inmediata.
- Horario: lunes a viernes de 9:00h a 18:00h. Flexibilidad de entrada salida entre las 8-10 y 17-19h. (en modalidad híbrida, 2 días presencial y 3 de teletrabajo).
- Salario: 26.000 euros brutos/anuales.

**Requisitos**:

- Conocimientos informáticos, buen dominio general de Microsoft Office: Excel (se realizará prueba de nível).
- Manejo de Outlook.
- Nível de inglés Advance (el entorno de trabajo es 100% en inglés).
- Experiência de al menos dos años en posición similar.
- Persona proactiva, responsable y con capacidad organizativa y con un grado elevado de autogestión, que tenga experiência en gestión y coordinación de viajes indispensable.
