We're specialized in digital transformation, automation and integration of processes within companies. We are seeking a highly qualified SAP FSM Specialist to join our team and play a key role in the implementation and optimization of the SAP FSM system.

**Responsibilities**:

- Configure, customize and implement the SAP FSM system according to company requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and document business processes and translate them into efficient solutions within SAP FSM.
- Provide technical support and training to system users, ensuring proper and effective adoption.
- Identify and resolve issues related to SAP FSM, implementing improvements and updates as needed.
- Perform testing and validate system changes and customizations to ensure stability and data integrity.
- Monitor system performance, identify areas of opportunity and propose corrective actions or continuous improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Availability to travel
- Proven experience implementing and configuring the SAP FSM system.
- Solid knowledge of SAP FSM functionality and modules such as work orders, inventory management, technician routing, scheduling, billing, reporting, etc.
- Familiarity with related technologies such as SAP ERP, CRM and asset management systems.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders of different hierarchical levels.
- Experience in user training and post-implementation technical support.
- Academic background in Information Technology, Engineering or related field.

**Salary**: 1,500.00€ - 3,000.00€ per month
