Estamos buscando un/a profesional altamente motivado/a y experimentada/o para unirse a nuestro equipo como Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) en Enterticket. Esta persona será responsable de desarrollar e implementar estrategias de marketing innovadoras y efectivas para impulsar el crecimiento y la visibilidad de la empresa y liderar su proceso de Rebranding.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Desarrollar e implementar planes de marketing integrales y estratégicos para aumentar la base de clientes, las ventas y la participación en el mercado.
- Supervisar y dirigir el equipo de marketing, proporcionando orientación, apoyo y desarrollo profesional.
- Crear y ejecutar campañas de marketing digital, incluyendo publicidad en línea, marketing por correo electrónico, SEO y redes sociales.
- Colaborar con otros equipos para garantizar la consistencia y la alineación de mensajes en todas las comunicaciones de la empresa.
- Analizar y evaluar el rendimiento de las iniciativas de marketing, y tomar medidas correctivas según sea necesario.
- Identificar nuevas oportunidades de mercado y tendencias para mantener a la empresa a la vanguardia de la industria.
- Gestionar el presupuesto de marketing y asegurar un retorno positivo de la inversión (ROI).

Requisitos:

- Experiência probada como CMO o en un puesto directivo de marketing similar en la industria de entretenimiento, festivales, eventos o ticketeras ( de 3 a 5 años)
- Conocimiento profundo de las últimas tendencias y mejores prácticas en marketing digital y estrategias de adquisición de clientes.
- Capacidad para liderar y motivar equipos, fomentando un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y de alto rendimiento.
- Habilidades analíticas sólidas con la capacidad de tomar decisiones basadas en datos y métricas clave.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para interactuar con diferentes níveles de la organización.
- Orientado a resultados, con habilidades para establecer objetivos claros y alcanzables.
- Pensamiento creativo: Habilidad para idear campañas de marketing originales y creativas que destaquen en un entorno competitivo.
- Conocimientos en marketing de influencers: Experiência en colaboraciones con influencers y artistas para ampliar el alcance y la visibilidad de los eventos.

Herramientas y habilidades técnicas requeridas:

- Plataformas de gestión de marketing: Experiência en el uso de plataformas de automatización de marketing como HubSpot, Marketo o Pardot para ejecutar campañas de marketing y nutrir leads.
- Analítica y seguimiento de datos: Conocimiento en el uso de herramientas de analítica web como Google Analytics o similar para medir el rendimiento de las campañas, el tráfico del sitio web y las conversiones.
- SEO (Optimización de motores de búsqueda): Familiaridad con herramientas y técnicas para mejorar el posicionamiento del sitio web en los motores de búsqueda y aumentar la visibilidad orgánica.
- Herramientas de gestión de redes sociales: Experiência en el uso de plataformas de gestión y programación de publicaciones en redes sociales, como Hootsuite o Buffer, para mantener una presencia activa y comprometida en las redes sociales.
- CRM (Customer Relationship Management): Experiência en el uso de sistemas de CRM, como Salesforce o Zoho CRM, para administrar y rastrear la base de clientes, así como mejorar la retención y lealtad de los clientes.
- Herramientas de diseño gráfico: Conocimiento básico o intermedio en herramientas de diseño gráfico como Adobe Photoshop o Canva para crear imágenes y materiales promocionales atractivos.
- Comunicación y colaboración: Capacidad para utilizar plataformas de comunicación y colaboración en equipo, como Slack o Microsoft Teams, para mantener una comunicación efectiva entre los miembros del equipo y otras partes interesadas.

Puntos a valorar positivamente:

- Experiência en la industria del entretenimiento como festivales, giras de artistas, grandes espacios para realizar eventos.
- Conocimiento previo de la industria de ticketeras, festivales, eventos o entretenimiento.
- Dirigir y ejecutar procesos de rebranding, asegurando una identidad de marca sólida y coherente en todos los canales. El/La CMO que buscamos será responsable de dar forma a nuestra nueva imagen e implementar nuestro mensajes B2B2C de una forma efectiva.
- Éxito en campañas de marketing y experiência en el desarrollo de iniciativas de marketing demostrables centradas en mejorar la experiência del cliente y fomentar la lealtad de los usuarios.
- Visión estratégica para el crecimiento y la expansión de la ticketera en un mercado competitivo.
- Experiência en marketing internacional: Familiaridad con la implementación de estrategias de marketing efectivas en mercados internacionales para promover eventos a nível global.
