Desde Melt Group buscamos, para una importante entidad deportiva, un/a CFO que se ocupe de diferentes departamentos de la compañía. Su misión será asegurar la actividad estratégica de las Finanzas.
Reportando al Director General de la entidad el/la CFO participará en el Comité Directivo, siendo la mano derecha del CEO de la compañía y coordinará todos los aspectos financieros con los otros miembros del Comité de Dirección y específicamente con el Director General.
Coordinará un equipo de personas bajo su responsabilidad con el objetivo de dotar a la empresa de una estructura financiera óptima para su correcto funcionamiento, cumplir con las obligaciones fiscales y mercantiles y proveer al equipo Directivo y a la organización en general de la información necesaria para tomar las decisiones oportunas.
Entre sus funciones estarán:
Implementar las estrategias financieras de la empresa marcadas por la dirección general.Gestionar las finanzas corporativas, controlando las políticas de la empresa con respecto a los requisitos de capital, deuda, impuestos, equidad, enajenaciones y la función de contabilidadDefinición e implantación de los procesos analíticos y de soporte necesarios para la toma de decisiones.Realizar y mantener negociaciones con las entidades financieras y otros proveedores.Definir los indicadores de rendimiento de todas las áreas de la empresa para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos del departamento. Cuadro de mandos. Definir y/o ejecutar análisis y estudios para la gestión integral del negocio.Elaboración de informes para la toma de decisiones. Reporting mensual a dirección general.Coordinación en la elaboración de los Estados Contables y Financieros. Elaborar los presupuestos anuales controlando las desviaciones mensuales y aplicar medidas correctivas.Control de gestión, monitorizando mensualmente la actividad de la empresa, y aportando a la Dirección dicha información para la correcta toma de decisiones.Supervisión del control de costes y del desempeño de la empresa.Confección con detalle y justificación de desviaciones de la cuenta de resultados y del balance para el Consejo de Administración.Realizar el seguimiento de la correcta aplicación de las normas y de los procedimientos.Soporte financiero en la definición del Plan estratégico.Implantar procedimientos de auditoría interna, así como atender auditorias reglamentarias.Participar en la implantación y desarrollo del reporting, atendiendo al modelo global en curso e incorporar las necesidades específicas de los mismos y asegurar que cumplan con los criterios económicos contables del grupo.Requisitos:Formación: Licenciado Económicas o ADE
Valorable un MBA
Valorable experiencia en procesos de reordenación financiera de compañías
Idiomas: inglés nivel alto.
Experiencia de más de 5 años en puesto similar dentro de empresa de primer nivel
Valorable Experiencia en entidades deportivas
El proyecto, requiere de una persona con visión estratégica, orientada a resultados, con alta capacidad analítica y excelente nivel de interlocución
