**Research Laboratory Technician**

**Gynecology Research Group**

VHIR seek a vacancy/vacant position for a Research Laboratory Technician within the Group of Biomedical Research in

Gynecology. More information about our group can be found here:
**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Education and qualifications**:
**Required: **

Laboratory Technician or higher

**Desired: **

Experience in a variety of laboratory techniques

Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, self-motivation and social skills as key personal abilities

Ability to work independently and as a team

Good level of English

Animal manipulation course

Experience in ELISA

**Main responsibilities and duties**:
- Participation in different projects related to improve personalized treatment in endometrial cancer research
- Mostly working with animal models and doing preclinical studies
- General duties in the laboratory and/or participation to complement other research projects

**Labour conditions**:
- Temporary: 10 hours/week
- Contract length: 6 month (might be extended)
- Gross annual salary: 4.647,26€
- Start date is expected for 19th February 2021
