¿Y qué haras con nosotros?
- Ser el punto de contacto principal en todos los temas relacionados con las inquietudes y necesidades del cliente.
- Generar un **buen servicio** al cliente para aumentar su tasa de satisfacción con la empresa.
- Identificar oportunidades de renovación, venta cruzada y venta adicional para garantizar un crecimiento de clientes y reducir que otros abandonen.
- Trabajar junto a departamentos internos como ventas y el equipo de profesores, entre otros, para desarrollar estrategias de crecimiento y fidelización.

¿Qué estamos buscando?
- Disponibilidad para unirse al equipo** t**odos los fines de semana + 3 días entre lunes a viernes** (con posibilidad de jornada completa de lunes a viernes a partir de septiembre).

- Un experto en comunicación y orientación al cliente.
- Nível nativo de español y un buen nível de inglés.

- A una persona muy organizada y eficiente.
