**What we’re looking for**:
The Reviews Director will lead Gartner Digital Markets' world-class User Generated Content program, from strategy definition to operational execution.

- Continuously innovate in UGC to ensure our brands remain the leading global destination for software and services Ratings and Reviews
- Lead and manage a team of Product Managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team, providing guidance and support when needed.
- Establish and maintain quality standards for reviews to ensure accuracy and reliability, implementing processes to identify and address biased or fraudulent reviews.
- Oversee the collection and analysis of product reviews, extracting actionable insights to inform Product and Marketing teams
- Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience based on feedback trends.
- Develop and optimize systems for gathering feedback from customers, incorporating suggestions for continuous improvement.
- Provide regular updates to leadership and other relevant teams on the competitive landscape based on review analysis.
- Create and deliver reports summarizing review trends, customer sentiments, and areas for improvement, presenting findings to key stakeholders.
- Work towards enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and action.
- Provide training to review team members on effective analysis, customer communication, and industry knowledge

**What you’ll bring to the team**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field is preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in a similar environment and role, with 2-3 years leading product management teams.
- Deep understanding of the tech industry, including product development cycles and market trends
- Proficient in data analysis to extract meaningful insights from product reviews
- Familiarity with implementing and maintaining quality standards for review processes
- Excel at working cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing and other teams to drive improvement.
- Understanding of UX principles and commitment to improving it based on customer usage.
- Solution-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills to address issues with reviews and propose effective solutions
- A passion for enhancing the customer experience and contributing to success in a technological environment.
