We are looking for a full-time **Head of Sales Development (M/F/d)** to lead our Spanish Sales Development Team. As Head of Sales Development ESP, you will work closely with the Spanisch Account Management team to define and implement outbound sales strategies, reach defined sales targets and build a world-class SDR team.

**Your area of responsibility include**:

- Develop outbound strategies by using various sales tools and marketing resources
- Implement sales development processes, methods & campaigns in line with the Papershift core values
- Motivate and develop the SDR team through coaching, training and the use of performance metrics
- Develop and optimize processes within the team while being the interface to other teams
- Plan the sales forecast and ramp-up plan for your team
- Build a world-class SDR team through hiring top talent
- Ensure best in class hiring of new team members
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales & Operations departments

Your key metrics include: Pipeline Contribution, Average Deal Size, Close Rates, Sales Cycle, Sales Qualified Leads, Return on Investment.

**Your Profile should look like**:

- You have a proven track record in creating an outbound-driven sales pipeline in the small medium business (SMB) segment
- You are responsible for sales development processes, methods, campaigns and training of team members
- You are an execution-driven leader with a contagious "can-do" mentality
- You have experience in managing an outbound sales team
- You have the ability to build, develop and motivate an SDR/BDR team
- You are a power user of CRM, sales and prospecting tools
- You are data-driven, like to automate processes and are software-savvy
- You have a very good understanding of the typical "funnel" of a user, as well as ways to influence it
- You understand how marketing & sales work together and are able to coordinate the cross-departmental interfaces
- You have strong communication and assertiveness skills
- You have very good organizational skills
- Excellent level of spoken and written Spanish and English
