Description

Reporting to the Global TMAG Manager, you will be a part of the Global Talent Magnetism team, responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment services, including external talent acquisition and internal talent mobility. You will be hiring for our teams based in the EURO regions.

**_What you will do_**
- Own end-to-end Early Talent recruitment, partnering with the Program leader to ensure policies are followed consistently globally.
- Lead hiring manager briefing meetings to understand the Technology needs and create a detailed document to cover requirements, key strategies, and outcomes
- Drive insight-led conversations with hiring managers using LinkedIn, Taleo, and other data sources
- Write compelling job adverts that drive attraction and ensure compliance
- Partner with the talent sourcing team to design and implement innovative sourcing strategies
- Utilize Taleo effectively to ensure process compliance, minimize GDPR risk, increase data quality, and focus on reporting and analytics
- Advise and support Hiring Managers and internal colleagues through internal moves
- Work with the team on process improvements and value-add projects as needed

Who you are_**
- Experience with successfully delivering major Technology hiring campaigns within an in-house, agency or RPO environment
- Experience handling Early Talent recruitment and related activities.
- Confident to challenge and consultative with stakeholders across all levels
- Able to develop effective relationships and manage expectations of multiple stakeholders across a breadth of countries and cultural differences
- Data-driven mindset to demonstrate the impact of recruitment initiatives via reporting and insights
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
