What impact you will have: In this role, the successful candidate will be a Talent Acquisition Partner managing the full-cycle Recruiting and Onboarding process across our global team as well the opportunity to be involved in all HR projects.

What you'll do: As a Talent Acquisition Partner your responsibilities will be:
Collaborating with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions Manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.) Build relevant candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities Implementing modern sourcing/recruiting methods Optimizing the candidate experience Managing the Onboarding process Collaborate in diverse People projects What you'll need: 3+ years of experience in recruitment A proven track record in talent acquisition/recruiting in a Start-up/Scale-up company Experience in successful collaboration with senior stakeholders and Hiring Managers Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail Ability to plan and execute Diplomatic mind set, keeping confidentiality and neutrality in complex and sensitive situations Strong influencing skills, and confident in handling conflict Good conceptual and analytical competencies Driven self-starter, with a positive outlook, being flexible and thinking outside the box Fluent English  What we offer: Attractive compensation package reflecting your expertise and experience Restaurant Pass Private Health Insurance A healthy work environment with fresh fruits to energise and an on-site gym for active breaks A great work environment characterised by friendliness, international diversity, flexibility, and a hybrid-friendly approach You'll be part of a fast-growing scale-up with a mission to make a positive impact, offering an exciting career evolution Our Inclusive Responsibility Submer is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
