TraceLink is looking for a **Sales Talent Acquisition Partner** to join our Sales & Marketing Talent Acquisition Team. In this full life-cycle role, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and closing top tier Sales and Marketing talent.

You will play a critical role in supporting the expansion of our Sales and Marketing organizations. You will hire Demand Generation Specialists, Account Managers, Solution Consultants, Marketing and Sales Operations roles in EMEA and APAC.

We are looking for a true sourcing Sales Recruiter who can attract top tier talent to TraceLink. You will be well-suited to this role if you have a background in sales recruiting and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify profiles, build projects, and run outreach campaigns on LinkedIn relevant to your assigned Sales and Marketing roles.
- Frequently meet with hiring managers to thoroughly understand the role requirements.
- Develop a solid understanding of TraceLink's business and segment of the market.
- Support other organizations with recruiting needs as business workload necessitates.
- Develop internal relationships with hiring managers, executives, and the wider HR team.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years recruiting experience including sales and software recruiting.
- Curiosity to understand TraceLink's business and use this information to attract relevant talent.
- Willingness to embrace change and professionally develop.
- Excellent written and verbal communication when dealing with internal and external communication.
- Fluency in English (mandatory), and another European language (preferred).
