**The Role**:
We’re looking to hire an Onboarding specialist to be a key part of a small but growing team.

In this role, you're not just onboarding customers - you're a key part of cultivating their journey toward becoming lifelong Cledara advocates.

By providing in-depth product knowledge and strategic advice to customers, you’ll be setting them up for success and guiding them towards achieving their desired outcomes with our product in record time.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about customer experience, skilled in building relationships and keeping projects on track. As a great listener you’ll be able to recognize a customer's needs, understand their pain points and draw smart conclusions from your conversations.

Some key responsibilities will include:

- Help customers with a successful implementation.
- Act as the primary contact for new customers, conducting onboarding meetings and product tours, answering questions and handling objections.
- Proactively contact customers at the first sign of trouble to avoid churn
- Monitor setup progress on accounts and provide guidance on next steps
- Help customers learn best practices to achieve their desired outcomes faster and more efficiently.
- Advocate for customers by capturing and sharing feedback
- Bridge the gap between our customers and other teams. Providing insight and feedback back to Product, Marketing and Sales, and working closely with Support to solve issues.
- Successfully transfer your customer relationships to a customer success manager after onboarding.
- Develop a low touch/tech touch modal

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years experience working in onboarding, implementation, customer success or similar roles.
- A customer-centric attitude: Demonstrate a proactive "here to help" attitude
- Ability to listen attentively to customer needs and provide expert guidance
- Previous experience in scale up environment, preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech
- Comfortable with ambiguity, and capable of shifting priorities seamlessly
- Curious; demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Team Player: Enjoy collaborating closely with a small team, contributing positively to team dynamics and collective success.
- Analytical and process driven mindset

The below would also be a bonus
- Project management experience
- Comfortable using SaaS products
- Knowledge of basic finance terminology
- Experience with Salesforce
