El Omnichannel Virtual Events SME (OCVE) es responsable del diseño de la estrategia de planificación, ejecución y seguimiento de los eventos virtuales (Webinars, Congresos y reuniones) organizadas por Pfizer, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de marca. Responsable de generar estrategias y planes de acción para incrementar la participación de los profesionales de la salud en los eventos virtuales organizados por Pfizer y del seguimiento de todas las métricas y KPIs relacionadas.

Key Activities
- Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia de Pfizer para la organización de eventos virtuales: fase pre-durante y post evento
- Actuar como PMO para los eventos virtuales de Pfizer
- Desarrollo y validación de contenidos relacionados para eventos y reuniones virtuales (GCMA)
- Generar estrategias y planes de acción para incrementar la participación de los profesionales sanitarios en eventos virtuales organizados por Pfizer
- Desarrollar-crear soluciones digitales para congresos-stands virtuales (en colaboración con el Digital Client Partner)
- Trabajar con las marcas en la generación de estrategia de contenidos para congresos y stands virtuales
- Manejo de las agencias y proveedores externos implicados en la organización y ejecución de eventos y reuniones virtuales
- Trabajar con las marcas en la gestión de la agenda y ponentes de los eventos virtuales
- Responsable de manejar el calendario y la programación de eventos virtuales (en colaboración con las marcas)
- Seguimiento de métricas y KPIs relacionados
- Detectar necesidades adicionales para la correcta gestión de los eventos virtuales Pfizer
- Recoger feedback de los clientes para detectar oportunidades de mejora en la organización y ejecución de futuros eventos virtuales
- Generar y compartir best practices con los equipos de marca
- Realizar un seguimiento de los procesos relacionados con la organización y ejecución de un evento virtual (webinar, congreso, reunión) para detectar eficiencias operacionales
- Trabajar con los equipos de soporte en la implementación de nuevas herramientas y funcionalidades para la organización y ejecución de eventos virtuales

QUALIFICATIONS
- Licenciatura universitaria deseable en áreas de Ciencias de la salud
- Experiência en marketing digital
- Experiência en la organización y manejo de eventos con profesionales sanitarios
- Manejo de herramientas y plataformas para la organización y ejecución de reuniones virtuales
- Experiência en el desarrollo de contenidos promo-no promo para comunicar a profesionales sanitarios
- Conocimiento de los modelos actuales de comercialización y de la organización comercial de Pfizer (departamentos, estructuras)
- Conocimiento de las bases fundamentales de BM 3.3 y de las nuevas herramientas y capacidades para la interacción virtual con los profesionales sanitarios
- Experiência en el área comercial y el mercado farmacéutico (recomendable)
- Experiência en trabajo colaborativo con funciones de soporte y equipos cross-funcionales
- Capacidad demostrada de trabajo en equipo y crear redes de colaboración internas
