Responsible for providing offer and order management services to clients.
Ihre Aufgaben
Activities include helping clients with offer quoting, order processing, order fulfilment, order review, order entry, order dispatch & support, order payment, bidding preparations, etc.
Support activities to Realization and Sales teams, incl. travel management, purchasing of equipment, etc..
Ensures timely preparation and release of offers during Sales phase, including offer preparation and submission to final customers..
Ensures timely release of orders and a fulfilment of pre-established standards and policies to achieve customer satisfaction. Monitors and resolves order issues and processing errors.
Ihr Profil
Training/Education:
- Commercial or technical education-
- SAP/ERP knowledge, MS-Office knowledge- Professional Experience:
- Basic technical knowledge-
- 3 years professional experience in back office tasks, including offer and order processing-
- Good ERP, CRM and computer skills- Other:
English and Spanish are a must
Knowledge of Portuguese will be an asset
