**Communication & Talent Development intern**
We are looking for new graduates to participate in our Early Year Talent Program. This is a 6 months internship program, during which you will have the opportunity to put your knowledge into practice and acquire skills through a working opportunity. This program is open to recent graduates from different disciplines and cover a wide range of roles.

**You'll support the management of the entire training life cycle. Main activities you will be involved into**:
- Support in the preparation, organization and execution of local training catalogue and Wellbeing initiatives in Iberia
- Follow-up on training administrative and cost controlling procedures
- Support in sending out after training materials and documentation
- Support in translation and communications of the materials between English-Spanish
- Focus on the Learnlight local language program monitoring
- Develop presentations with storytelling, help preparing newsletters and other communications
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects
**Profile & requirements**:
- Strong communication skills: native in Spanish & fluent (C1) in English
- Excellent presentation and marketing skills
- Analytical skills
- Great capacity to high quality translations from English to Spanish
- Be familiar with modern virtual tools
