Tus principales aprendizajes van a consistir en Ayudar en los proyectos del equipo de Learning & Talent Development, incluyendo:

- Dar soporte en la gestión del **plan formativo** de los empleados: contacto con proveedores, gestión de formaciones y eventos, participación activa en la introducción de las sesiones formativas...
- Dar soporte en el seguimiento y análisis de **KPIs**:

- Soporte en la logística del **onboarding**a los nuevos empleados.

- Has estudiado ADE, Recursos Humanos, o similar.
- Tienes altas habilidades comunicativas, organización y atención al detalle y al cliente.
- Tienes mucha curiosidad y proactividad
- Inglés B2
